1. The service
KillNAT leases public IP address connectivity delivered over an encrypted tunnel to a device at your location. IP addresses are leased for the duration of your subscription, not sold, and remain assigned to us; we may reclaim them on termination.
2. Eligibility & verification
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate identity information. We may require phone and government-ID verification (KYC) and may refuse or revoke service if verification fails.
3. Acceptable use
Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all traffic on IPs assigned to you.
4. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate service immediately for abuse, illegal activity, non-payment, or to protect our network and IP reputation. On termination your IPs are reclaimed.
5. Fees
Plans are billed in advance per the prices shown at purchase. IPv6 is provided free. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior [1] month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
