You are responsible for all activity on IP addresses assigned to you. The following are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension:
Prohibited
- Illegal activity — anything unlawful in [JURISDICTION] or the user's location.
- Spam / bulk unsolicited email, snowshoe spam, or open relays.
- Network attacks — DoS/DDoS, port scanning, intrusion, brute-forcing others.
- Malware / botnets / command-and-control hosting or distribution.
- Phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to authorities without notice.
- IP reputation abuse — activity that gets our ranges blacklisted.
- Reselling or sub-leasing the IPs without our written permission.
Abuse reports
Report abuse to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and act quickly, including suspending accounts and reclaiming IPs.
Cooperation with law enforcement
We keep records of who is assigned each IP and when, and will respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.
