Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

KillNAT is a subscription with no contract and no lock-in. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future charges.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee (new customers)

If you are a first-time subscriber and the service does not work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

3. Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance. When you cancel, your public IP address stays active until the end of the current paid month, after which it is reclaimed and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund the current month once it has started, except as required by law or under the 7-day guarantee above.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days an annual plan is non-refundable, but you can turn off auto-renewal at any time so you are not charged for the following year.

5. Service problems

If a problem on our side prevents us from delivering your public IP address, please contact support first — we will fix it or refund the affected period. Reaching us before filing a card dispute lets us resolve it quickly.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
